Quick and Easy Dinner Option

Everything always begins with garlic and onions.


But what next?

Add your favorite greens, of course.

Which ones? I don’t know. How about collard greens?


Those are looking mighty fine.

But you want more?

We all want more.

Add some protein and a grain.

Black beans and Trader Joe’s Three Grain (Rice/Barley/Spelt) mix cooked in stock?

Nice choices!

What? Still not quite a complete dinner?

How about some fake (or real…your choice) meat?
